Quality control:
From raw material to finishing, each step should be checked as per SOP manual.
Production details:
When the product is confirmed. We will have raw material firstly. For this item, the material is as per testing report. We will order the shaping mold to make this general shape.
From shaping mold, the raw material will be in line status. We will have cutting machines. During cutting, the size will be controlled in plug tolerance. Like 0.05mm. After this finishing, some times, the metal flash comes with making, we have to add another processing step to avoid this flash.
For next processing method, it is via automatic machine for drilling holes. For the holes size, it should controlled closely. For this hole, we will have thread on it accordingly. For all requirement on thread hole, they will be finished in these 2 step. In this case, it can ensure the thread go smoothly and pass testing 100%
About the cutting and some shaping, it is from combined machines for finishing.
The quality is as per each processing step. Every one hours result will be recorded. If some defected, the machine should stop until the problem and solution is fixed.
